Customer Question #1: What is the fee for asking you to source a product?
For initial enquiries there is no fee. We can gather quotes for you and this work is done remotely.If your happy with initial findings we can then discuss stage 2 which will be sampling etc
Customer Question #2:If I have a factory can you visit them and check my order?
Yes this is no problem. We have 3 levels of inspections and we have competitive rates. Travel costs also vary based on distance we need to travel.
Customer Question #3: I don't want my competitors to know what I'm buying or what factories I'm using how can I trust you?
Yes of course we always sign N.D.A's when customers request trade privacy on any work we do for them. This is also a reason we cannot show all the work we do and brands etc as we are under "non disclosure agreements"
